Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At sootha, we want you to love your ring. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work, and it sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee
If you change your mind or you're simply not happy with your ring, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. To be eligible, your item should be in its original condition, and you'll need proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).

How to start a return
Email us at soothateam@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll walk you through the steps and give you the return address. Please don't post anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the cost of return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on the way back to us. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your ring arrives faulty or damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please email soothateam@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund (including any shipping you paid), in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
Want a different style or size? The quickest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order, so you get exactly what you want as fast as possible. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, just email us and we'll help.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits these rights.
