Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide.

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping cost

Tracking
Where tracking is available, we'll email it to you once your order ships.

Delays
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands, and occasional delays can happen that are outside our control. If your order seems lost or is taking longer than expected, email soothateam@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Lost or damaged orders
